9 month pictures

WOW, his first birthday is just around the corner.  He is a funny little dude.  He is very sweet but requires A LOT of attention...not because he needs it but because he craves it!

Lilly is such a wonderful big sister.  She really loves her Bubba and is willing to help with the little things with him.

Liam has the best smile.

He is finally starting to eat people food...or chew it, then pack it into his cheeks, drool everywhere, choke on the slimy mess, and vomit!  It's totally awesome...way better than the baby food.

For a kid that doesn't eat much he's still a chunky monkey.  He will be our future line backer for sure.

He is working on crawling, kinda followed Lilly's footsteps there.  He does the army crawl.  Speaking of, here is our little princess.

OK, so she is totally into the princess thing right now.  Like if we are "mean" to her I'm a "Witch" and Daddy is a "Dragon".  When she is happy I'm either "My Lady" or "My Highness" and Daddy is "My Sir"...I swear other than requesting her say Sir or Maam, she has never been told to address me as THOSE!

Hey look at us, we finally got a night out.  Got to dress up and everything...even got out of the house w/o a spot of spit up on anything...WooHoo.

Armstrongs+Camping=RAIN

So we just had the best vacation this year...OK it was our only vacation this year BUT WE HAD A BLAST!  We camped (in a cabin AWESOME) at Jellystone Park in Waller.  This place is so fun for the kids and it's only a 45min drive from our house...again AWESOME!

 Yea, she's kinda a Diva.  Her hair is lubed up with sunscreen...she was blessed eehem with my thin hair.  A sun burnt scalp is never fun. 

 So seriously going camping...during the week...when kids are in school...AWESOME!  LOL we were the only people the first 2 days.  Lilly had the slides and pools to herself it was great.

Bubba did not care for the splashing water, but I think he still enjoyed himself.

 UNCLE B!  Need I say more, Lilly had a blast hanging with him.

 Maybe this is why Liam wasn't overly thrilled with pool time...

Now for the explanation of the title.  Texas has been suffering for it's lack of rain.  As some of you may know EVERY time the Armstrong's go camping it rains...this trip was no exception!  Now, regardless that it was only a sprinkle, and only lasted 5 minutes, it still friggin rained on us!  Here is a pic of the rain cloud to prove it. 

On our last day they opened the monster slide, Lilly had been asking to do it since we got there.  I was certain she would get to the top and chicken out...
