It's not just me...right?

Ok, my days off are wed-thu and Jacks are sat-sun.  Stinks I know, but hopefully that will be changing soon!  (I will talk about that later)
I decided to post about this because I thought it may be some therapy for me and I'm sure its not just me who lives like this.

Anyway, my day usually begins at 7-7:30 am (Lilly has learned NOT to wake me up until my alarm goes off).  Maybe that sounds harsh but you gotta draw the wake up line somewhere.  If it were up to her we would probably be up at 5am.  So we get up and get Liam outta bed.  Does anyone have a pointer for this next thing...
EVERY morning when I get Liam up he has pee'd through his diaper, pajamas, and all over his sheets!  EVERY MORNING!!!  So I get to start my day doing laundry, YAY.  Awww man, have I even got to sit on the pot yet??

Downstairs we all go, it's 7:45a!  Before my foot even hits the last step Liam is already crying for his milk and Lilly jumps into the "I want...".  OMG, the stress level climbs.  I think to myself EVERYDAY we do the same thing, dang Liam do you ever NOT get your milk.  Lilly do you ever NOT get the breakfast of your choice and a cup of chocolate milk...EVERY MORNING!

So Liam and Lilly both have their milk.  I step into the kitchen to try and start making MY cup of coffee.  As soon as I open the fridge is about the time the dogs emerge and want to go outside.  So I let them out, just as I turn around and almost step on Lilly...who is back to "I want...".  I walk back to the fridge to get my coffe beans and quickly set up the machine to brew a cup.  (Side bar- I found caramel nut coffee at HEB, AWESOME)  As my coffee brews I get Lilly's breakfast together.  I'm usually interrupted at this point by Liam who has now sucked his bottle dry and is crying again.  I grab some Cheerios from the pantry and put Liam in his high chair.  Lilly is whining now because I'm not getting her food fast enough.  I get Lilly situated as the coffee maker finishes.  I step back into the kitchen to pour a cup, when the dog starts barking at the back door.  Let 1 dog in b/c the other one is still MIA in the backyard.  Turn around and Liam has gobbled up all his cheerios and is crying again.  Get him some yogurt.  While feeding Liam the other dog emerges and starts barking at the back door.  Oh, and I forgot thru all this Lilly is also repeatedly saying "look Mom, look at this".  Let the dog in, finish Liam's yogurt and get him cleaned up.  It's always time to change his diaper after breakfast, so go do that.  Man, have I made it to the bathroom myself yet?

Get Liam situated with some toys, Lilly now needs help cleaning herself up after breakfast.  Get her situated on the couch with a show.  Return to the kitchen to get my cup of coffee...it's now 8:45a.

Meet Ariel & Sebastian

OK, I know what you are going to say..."hey Liam is dressed like a lobster and everyone knows that Sebastian is a Jamaican Red Crab" (we had to look that up cuz we didn't know what he was)

Well, it's still cute.  Lilly is all about Ariel lately.

He actually handled the costume much better than I expected.

I was also really uncertain how Lilly would like wearing a wig...she LOVED it.  She was running her fingers thru it and twirling it around.
Posing this guy for photo ops is not...ummm...lets just say it is extremely stressful and puts me on the verge of meltdown.  He HATES the camera and stares and me with the same expression for all of 5 seconds before attempting to escape.

Our little Diva is quite the opposite!  She enjoys photo ops and will ask me to take pictures of her...its usually when she is doing something silly.  I don't know if you can really see her little shoes, they were for her Christmas dress.  I tried them on her and she now wears them everywhere and with everything.  They are cute little kiddie heels.

My Dad requested I no longer post about Lilly and her "hair" issues.  Well, it is actually starting to thicken up some and has turned into a cute little pixie haircut.

Liam is really starting to move, but still only Army crawls.  Jack thinks he is going to be our trouble maker...I AGREE!  When you tell him NO!, he will look at you, smile, and go back to what he was doing.  When you spank him, he smiles and goes back to what he was doing.

Lilly, my goodness where to even start with this one.  She is so incredibly sweet, funny,  and cute.  She talks and talks and talks. (I know... hahaha... she gets it from me)  She says the best stuff with perfect timing.  For example, she spills something on the floor and immediately says, "It's alright, it happens".

Is it weird to say that this melted my heart this morning?  I played a Guns n Roses song and Lilly said "I like rockaroll" while doing her version of a head bang.  It was so cute, she even had her face kinda crunched up.  AWESOME.
