I am getting so bad at making time to 1-take pictures of the kids & 2-sit on the computer to get them edited. I may do a re-shoot for Lilly's pictures. It was an extremely hot day when I took these and they were also taken after she ran around a playground for 30 minutes. She was a bit sweaty.
She is a very easy subject to photograph. She loves to pose and think of fun picture ideas. I just sometimes have to get her to tone it down a bit...she loves to 'over-pose'. She is quite silly!
Lilly is so ready to get back to school. She is starting 2nd grade this year...WOW. She just got moved into the girls gold class in gymnastics. Lilly is very good at it and works very hard. She is very artistic and enjoys drawing pictures and coloring. She had finally agreed to let us remove the training wheels on her bike and she was cruising within days ~ Thanks Sabrina ;-). Lilly was motivated when she saw all her friends riding without training wheels. She still drags Teddy with her around the house, and will do her best to sneak him out when we go somewhere. Some would think it is permanently attached to her.
I love recreating an older picture with the kids. I think it's fun to see how much they have grown. However, this picture was Lilly's idea. She remembered the one I took of them in 2012 as soon as she saw the bridge.
